Terms and Conditions
 
STARS offered to Astra customers are subject to the terms and conditions of Astra Markets and are subject to change or modification accordingly. Registering in the program or starting to collect STARS is considered acceptance of all terms and conditions
 
• STARS will not be calculated on mobile recharge cards, games Card, cigarettes, tobacco, pay by STARS, or any other products, according to Astra Markets policy.
• No STARS will be collected from any purchase on the value-added tax of the product price.
• Astra Markets has full authority to modify or change the terms and conditions that allow points to be earned at any time with or without notice.
• Astra Markets has the right to terminate any membership and delete all the STARS earned and registered in the account if any fraudulent attempt to acquire illegal STARS is discovered.
• Astra Markets gives the customer a choice between various gifts, and in case that none of the advertised products are available, the customer have to choose another gift.
• STARS are not transferable, sold, or mortgaged to any other person. Astra Markets has the right to erase any STARS that have been attempted to be transferred in violation of the terms and conditions without notice.

Any sales return made through “pay by STARS” will depend on the below conditions:
 
The return or Exchange policy for products is applied according to the mechanism approved in the Astra Markets policy.
 
In case the invoice was paid in full through STARS and the customer wishes to make a return for one or all of the products, the STARS will be returned to the customer’s account within 48 hours from the date of return, and the returned STARS will not be exchanged for cash to the customer.
 
In case part of the invoice was paid through STARS and the customer wishes to return any product from the invoice, then the return process takes place according to the following mechanism:
 
If the value of the product is less than the value paid in cash in the receipt and covers the value of the product that the customer wishes to return, it will be returned in cash.
If the value of the product is higher than the value of the cash paid in the invoice, and the customer wishes to return one or all of the products, a cash return is made, and the remaining points are credited to the customer’s account within 48 hours from the date of return.
 
Astra Markets has the right to deduct part or all of your STARS for the following reasons:

Not using Astra membership for 3 months, 25% of STARS will be deducted.
Not using Astra membership for 6 months, 50% of remaining STARS will be deducted.
Not using Astra membership for 9 months, 75% of remaining STARS will be deducted.
Not using Astra membership for 12 months, 100% of remaining STARS will be deducted.
 
These Terms and Conditions are effective from January 1, 2022, and any existing terms and conditions prior to this date will be voided.
